If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, within a maximum 14 working days from the date of receiving you have the right to return the product and to receive their value back.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing by email at email@example.com that the purchase is cancelled, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product.
You have the obligation to follow the steps of the return procedure, the procedure explained in the return form delivered with the product.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of those products which do not present return label, products whose protective box has been damaged or missing, products showing traces of wear, products whose labels have been removed etc.
The company has the obligation to reimburse the value of the product within a maximum of 14 days from the customer’s email notification, but not before the return of the product. By exception, if after the return of the Product it is found that it has been damaged and can no longer be marketed as new, the Company reserves the right not to accept the return of the Product. Also, the Company may refuse to return the product if it is not returned in its original packaging intact.
Methods of return
The option on how to return the parcel belongs entirely to the customer, this being the one who will directly bear the transport fee.
